President Maduro: In the 2025 school period, the transformation of educational quality will take place

This Tuesday, January 07, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, assured that the period 2024-2025 “and this second pedagogical moment that began today, will be remembered as the school year of transformations in terms of educational quality in Venezuela.”

He argued that it will be “the best school year, in decades that has ever been seen. You will see it.”

“This year, today, a record was broken with the participation of 50% of enrollment, with the return to school, always on the first day of school in January, it costs because people are finishing arriving and are settling in,” he said.

This was stated at the Miraflores Palace, where he led a working day to complete the delivery of works recovered by the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (BRICOMILES), as part of the restart of classes in 2025.

He also reported that “I want to give all high school teachers the fundamental works of teacher Simón Rodríguez, because our education has to be Robinsonian: we invent or we make mistakes”.

On the other hand, the head of state praised the popular-military-police fusion in action, “I always insist on the coherence between the humanist, Bolivarian, futurist thinking of the 21st century, that we have, and the word, the discourse that commits, and the action that concretizes, with results”.

In that regard, he recalled that when the Bolivarian Government created the BRICOMILES, “the extreme right that despises the Armed Forces and the People scoffed, what a joy, that because of the work of the officers and soldiers of our country, our girls and boys have been recovering all their educational facilities from the hands of men and women in uniform.”
