President Maduro inaugurated Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for children with disabilities in Carabobo

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Wednesday, August 21, inaugurated the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities “Carabobo Te Quiero”, south of Valencia, in the state of Carabobo.

He stressed that this Center is part of the 7T program in the area of comprehensive health care for the Venezuelan people.

During the tour, the head of state said that the services will be available to the Venezuelan people, throughout the day, “I congratulate the experts and God bless them for all the work they do.”

The Center will serve both children with disabilities and the family. Various types of therapy are available to address neurological or motor ailments, such as hydrotherapy and equine therapy.

When referring to equine therapy, he said that it is “something wonderful, which has been used a few years ago in various parts of the world, to treat girls and boys with some special condition”.

“Really, I've read a lot, and I've never been to a place where equine therapy is practiced, but already south of Valencia, this service will be available,” he said.
