President Maduro instructs to have all the Communal Self-Government Rooms ready in 70 days

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, instructed that in 70 days the communal self-government rooms must be ready in the country's 5,338 Community Circuits.

At the close of an intense mobilization on the occasion of the 36th anniversary of the rebellion of 27 F, the Head of State said that “we have great tasks in full development. The process of consolidating the Communes and Community Circuits must go on relentlessly.”

In 1989, El Caracazo began in Guarenas and spread to Caracas with a wave of protests that later developed throughout Venezuela, where a courageous people came down from popular areas with the firm intention of fighting against an oppressive government.
