President Maduro leads meeting with High Political, Military Command and authorities elected by the People

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, leads this Thursday a working meeting with the High Political and Military Command of the Revolution and authorities elected by the People in the regional and legislative elections last Sunday, May 25.

In his speech, the Head of State highlighted international support for the democratic day and for the triumph of the Simon Bolivar Great Patriotic Pole (GPPSB), which won 23 of the country's 24 governorates, as well as 90% of the deputies to the National Assembly.

“I have received messages from all over the world of congratulations, from Latin America, the Caribbean, from the United States, we have also received good messages, congratulations, from Africa, from Asia, from Eurasia, even from Europe, for this feat that our people are building, because it is not a victory, it is a path that we are building,” he said.
