President Maduro: Let's enjoy this first Sunday of Lent together as a family

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, through his account on the social network X, invited the people to enjoy the first Sunday of Lent with the family.

“Let us enjoy this first Sunday of Lent in family union with the blessings of our Creator Father. This has been a beautiful week, full of work, joy and achievements alongside our people! What's coming is better!” , wrote the head of state.

Lent refers to the 40-day period reserved for the preparation of Easter and represents the days that Jesus spent alone in the desert before beginning his public teaching.
