The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, instructed the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez and other ministers of the executive cabinet to accelerate the delivery of resources to make more than 10 million hectares productive in the country.
“Resources and investment must be accelerated to make more than 10 million hectares productive so that they increasingly produce food for the people of Venezuela and even for export,” said the Head of State during his participation in the great march for the 166-year battle of Santa Inés.
In this regard, he assured that Venezuela has all the necessary hands to make these lands productive and, in addition, to defend our country from any military aggression by imperialism.
“We fight for peace. Bolívar, the warrior of a warrior, said, peace will be my port, my longing, what I most want for this country,” he said, while assuring that in order to achieve peace, Bolívar had to face different battles within the nations that made up Gran Colombia.
He also insisted that the people must be prepared to guarantee the functioning of the Republic and, if necessary, to “break their teeth, from the Homeland of Bolivar, to the North American empire.”
