President Maduro proposes construction of a three-ring force system

The president of the United Socialist
Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, proposed this
Monday to the leaders of the Bolivarian Revolution the construction of
a three-ring system of force for the consolidation of the
Socialist Homeland, for peace and stability of the population.
During a
meeting with the National Directorate of the Red Awning and the Great Patriotic Pole Simon
Bolivar (GPPSB), the revolutionary leader explained that the first ring must be formed by expanding political forces, “People inside, house to house, street,
community, with a plan without delay; consolidating the country's first ring of
peace forces, of the Bolivarian Revolution, which is the guarantee of the existence of
Venezuela”.
He pointed out that the
second ring must be made up of popular forces, “to be consolidated
in the territory in the social sectors and in their organizational forms, this is
what we call Popular Power, the popular movement, the Communal Power and the
three concepts encompass the social.”
The president
indicated that “the concept of the second ring of force is the social aspect in expansion,
and the social encompasses the popular movement, all the forces that are the popular
movement, the trade union movement, the movement of the working class, all the strength of
the collectives that exist in all states.”
Finally, he
urged the expansion of the country's cultural and economic alliances, which would form the
third ring.
