President Maduro ratified support for the peace process in Colombia without interference

President Nicolás Maduro, during his program With Maduro Más, assured that Venezuela is respectful of the political sovereignty and self-determination of peoples, so any effort for peace in Colombia will be done with prudence and without encumberation.

“At the time, we received the request of President Gustavo Petro to help with peace in Colombia, and we are doing so, with prudence. Without intervening in the internal politics of this country. Now, we are evaluating the new request as mediators in the face of the coup d'etat that is being carried out in Colombia. At the right time, we will officially pronounce ourselves,” said the Head of State.
