President Maduro sent congratulations to Daniel Chapo after being elected president of Mozambique

This Saturday, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, sent congratulations through his Telegram channel to Daniel Chapo, who was elected president of Mozambique on October 9.
“I congratulate the elected president of the Republic of Mozambique, Daniel Chapo, of the Mozambique Liberation Front (FRELIMO), for the resounding victory in the elections of last October 9,” wrote the president.
In the same message, the head of state assured that Venezuela “has the firm determination to deepen and consolidate our bilateral relations and agreements in agriculture, mining, housing, culture, education and hydrocarbons, among others. We are going to strengthen the spirit of Mother Africa!”
