President Maduro signed and converted the Organic Law the Homeland Plan of the 7 transformations 2025-2031

From the state of Carabobo, during the inauguration of the National University of the Communes (UNACOM), President Nicolás Maduro signed and converted the organic law of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela the Plan for the Homeland of the 7 Great Transformations 2025-2031.

“We have a plan for the Homeland, Plan of the 7 transformations, it's the plan of an entire country. It is only one path, Bolivar, Chávez, Maduro and the People,” said the Head of State.

Maduro emphasized that the Plan of the 7T completes the plan for the Homeland that was written by Commander Chávez and is fully in force for our generation. “This plan helped us to face the first sanctions and blockades launched by imperialism and served as resistance for us,” he said.
