Through his Instagram account, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro thanked the statement of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America - Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), which condemned the attack on the National Electricity System (SEN) in Venezuela.

“I appreciate the statement of the ALBA-TCP. This attack against Venezuela by the extremist, fascist and criminal right wing has not been able and will never be able to break the peace of Venezuelans,” he said.

He also reaffirmed that “together with the people we will overcome difficulties, consolidating recovery, economic growth and the full right to tranquility and development”.

In the statement, the ALBA-TCP states that this vandalism and criminal act was carried out by a fascist sector that does not accept the will of Venezuelans, who decided to re-elect the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, on July 28.
