President Maduro: The Bolivarian Government has the goal of recovering the country's monetary sign

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that in Venezuela, “we have the goal of defending and recovering our monetary sign”, referring to the information reported by the National Association of Supermarkets and Self-Services (ANSA), that the country now has a 100% supply.

He also applauded the fact that 95% of commercial transactions in supermarkets are carried out in bolivars. “Our monetary sign is increasingly being used for commercial exchanges. That's good news!” , he said.

In the broadcast of the 71st edition of his program “With Maduro+”, he highlighted that the economic plan that the Bolivarian Government has managed to design, as a result of criminal sanctions, is a multi-currency system.

“Through the financial siege against the country, the use of a multi-currency system was implemented to combat this economic war, which today allowed the Bolivar to be revived as an official currency,” he stressed.
