President Maduro: The CCBIs must immediately organize the networks of the Grassroots Committees

This Monday, December 1st, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, issued instructions to the Integral Bolivarian Community Commands (CCBI), to immediately organize the networks of the Grassroots Committees that correspond to each CCBI.

“Review the Point and Circle Plan, Security, Defense, production, review all community plans to support public education, health, public works. Make the plan and activate it,” he emphasized during the swearing in of the Integral Bolivarian Community Commands (CCBI).

He argued that “so that's the task I give them. This Saturday and Sunday (next) make a very tasty sancocho and establish the Base Command networks that correspond to each community.”

He also stressed that the People in their various sectors and spheres are the national power. “In the factories, in the workers' constituent, the peasant, in every hectare they produce; the students, you more than anyone else, today have the power to decide together with the State, the destiny of the country.”
