President Maduro: The Commune is the path to building the new society

At the opening ceremony of the III National Community Sports Games, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, asserted, via telephone, that “the Commune is the path of building a new society that provides options and solutions for a society of harmony and consolidating structural and perpetual peace in our country.”

This was stated in a telephone contact established at the opening ceremony of the games, where he added that “just today, December 7th, we remember our Liberator Simon Bolivar, when he turns 201 years old, to convene by letters for all the governments of our America for the Congress of Panama, which will be 200 years in June the coming year 2026 of that meeting that took place in Mérida, where the People gave him the title of The Liberator”.

The Head of State added “I am very excited and happy to see the power of the nation consolidated in our Homeland, and the power of a nation is its people and its people: they are its children, educated, cultured; its youth dreaming and building the future and it is also the elderly, the grandparents, building the Fatherland: all united”.

President Maduro added, “these games are already a success. I solemnly inaugurate the III National Community Sports Games.”
