The Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) is the backbone of peace, the protection of the people, tranquility, security and the constitutional rights of Venezuelans.

In this regard, during the ceremony to commemorate the 87th anniversary of the GNB, he congratulated the actions of this military component to repel the pockets of violence that the extreme right has tried to impose on the country.

In the same way, he assured that the GNB has had an exemplary behavior despite all the hatred that the extreme right has expressed against this Castro component.

“In Venezuela, we are facing an imperialist, cyber-fascist and criminal coup d'etat. It is a cyberattack because of all the attacks we are receiving on social networks to fill Venezuela with hate and divide; fascist because its main characteristic is hate and violence and criminal because it has had an important group of criminals trained abroad to attack schools, hospitals, citizens,” he stressed.

In addition, the President expressed his condolences to the families of two members of the GNB who died as a result of the attacks of these fascist groups of the extreme right.
