President Maduro: The Government is committed to creating its own model of the Public Health System

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reaffirmed that the Bolivarian Government is committed to creating its own model of the Public Health System, for the benefit of the Venezuelan people.
In this regard, he affirmed that this model of health, is contemplated in the National Constitution, “here are the guidelines, the rights, health as a human right. We're going step by step.”
The head of state, during the delivery of the Comprehensive Cardiology Unit of the Dr. Carlos Arvelo Military Hospital, within the framework of the OBRATÓN Health Day, through which a total of 98 works were delivered, recalled that “it was a very hard blow, when we had to contain the sanctions of the years 16, 17, 18, which took 99% of our country's income”.
“We continue to persevere and reinvent ourselves, ending this year 2025, in offensives to reinaugurate important works for health,” he emphasized.
