President Maduro: The Peace Quadrants must guarantee communities an effective service

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, affirmed that the construction of the Peace Quadrants must fully guarantee communities effective care and service before, during and after any need.

“That communities have an effective communication mechanism with the police force and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces,” he said during the delivery of means and supplies to strengthen the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) and the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), the Fire and Civil Protection Corps.

He pointed out that communities must have communication mechanisms, and for their part the police and the GNB, “have the training, the equipment as well as their iron will to go before, during and after to attend to and protect our people under any circumstance.”

The head of state also stressed that Venezuela is the epicenter of an imperialist conspiracy involving the continent's oligarchy, such as the Colombian oligarchy and the Venezuelan fascist extremist right, who seek to fill the country with violence.

In this scenario, he stressed that it is essential that no one let our guard down, “we have to be prepared to respond to any internal attack.”
