President Maduro: The Peoples Deeply Admire Venezuela

Upon his arrival in the country, after participating in the BRICS Summit held in Kazan, Russia, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, that the “Peoples admire the courageous, those who fight and tell the truth. The Peoples deeply admire Venezuela.”

He stressed that “we came from Russia where we were in contact with more than 30 governments that participated in the historic BRICS summit in Kazan. We had meetings and meetings with the presidents of Russia, China, Ethiopia, Palestine, Belarus and Turkey, all of which were very satisfying.”

The Head of State added that he also spoke with the President of Egypt, the Prime Minister of Vietnam, with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the heads of delegations of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the President of Bolivia, the head of the delegation of Cuba and Nicaragua.

“Extraordinary relations of respect where all governments have confirmed their admiration for Venezuela and their express congratulations for the great electoral victory of July 28. Governments have confirmed their confidence in the destiny of this land that saw the birth of the giant Simon Bolivar and a Hugo Chávez, who still recounts his name in the word of the People,” he said.

The First National President noted that at the BRICS Summit he assured that “we told our truths and they were welcomed with admiration by all the Heads of State and Presidents present (...) We have just celebrated a stellar, exemplary, beautiful day that fully confirms that we are on the right side of history and at the forefront of the new world that has been born: multipolar”
