El President Nicolás Maduro commemorated the thirteenth year of the Timon Coup, the ideology of Commander Hugo Chávez.
A through his Telegram channel, he recognized the validity of the “dreams, theory and guidelines that Commander Chávez left us (...) The Commander sowed the idea of Popular Power, of empowerment; and he turned our innate rebellion against imperialism into a creative and emancipating force. Therefore, his command: “Commune or Nothing!” , is the unavoidable horizon”.
