President Maduro: This Wednesday we are delivering 98 works within the framework of the OBRATÓN de Salud

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, specified that the Bolivarian Government will deliver this Wednesday, November 26, a total of 98 works within the framework of the OBRATÓN Health Day.
During the delivery of the Comprehensive Cardiology Unit of the Dr. Carlos Arvelo Military Hospital, he stated that “all of you are interested in us, a ruler has to govern to see the real issues of health, which must stop being a commodity, only accessible to those who can afford it”.
In that sense, he emphasized that health with its scientific power must reach the majority, “it has to be a human right as guaranteed in our National Constitution.”
The National President took a tour of the 4th floor, headquarters of the Integral Cardiology Unit, among other rehabilitated areas such as: Cardiovascular Surgery; Integral Cardiology Unit; Hospitalization Rooms; Post-Operative Support Unit and the Children's Cardio Pulmonary Recovery Unit.
