President Maduro: Through the constitutional route, we were channeling the path of Peace

This Wednesday, August 28, one month after Nicolás Maduro's re-election as president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the official exalted that “by constitutional means we were channeling the path of peace.”

He highlighted the work carried out by the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) in the contentious electoral appeal raised in the country. “On Wednesday, July 31, I brought the electoral dispute before the Supreme Court, which has done an impeccable job and in Venezuela, the judiciary, the law, democratic jurisprudence and institutionality have prevailed,” he explained.

The Head of State asked the people, gathered at the gates of Miraflores after the celebration of a new mobilization, “what do the imperialists think that in Venezuela there is no State? , of course, there are, and not one, but five powers plus Popular Power, which is that of the conscience of men and women, of millions and millions hand in hand with civic-military-police power”.
