President Maduro urged the opposition sector to adopt political and democratic thinking

This Thursday, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, during the Working Meeting with the Political-Military High Command of the Bolivarian Revolution and the authorities elected by the People, urged the opposition sector to take political and democratic thinking.

“As long as they, the opposition, take the path of respect, coexistence and resolve their tremendous crisis, we continue to work and consolidate a definitive majority, a new majority that will give us the support to go through the great transformations that are being planned,” said the Head of State.

In this regard, he assured that this phase of government will see the greening and rebirth of a new national union: “What I see with the plans, results and will is a rebirth of the union of Venezuelans without distinction, without discrimination. It is a new era that can only be achieved in Revolution, true union.”

“Polarization will always exist, what should not exist is the conflictive polarization that leads us to hate each other, to kill each other and to destroy the country's bases, to offer sovereignty to the North American empire,” he said and stressed that this negative polarization has been overcome and that there must be no return, there must be more understanding and dialogue, we must agree.

“If those oppositions that came to the National Assembly (AN) offered something good for the country, revolutionaries would approve the idea. I advocate the spirit of the new era and phase, of meeting for work,” said President Maduro.

In this regard, he assured that through the great transformations, new changes, rebirth and union of Venezuelans will be seen, since “this is a new era, a true, democratic union.”
