President Maduro: Venezuela maintains its commitment to building a multipolar and multicentric world

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, assured that there is currently a geopolitical acceleration due to the emergence of a multipolar and multicentric world and Venezuela maintains its commitment to building that new world.

“Venezuela is committed in body, nerve, blood, to the construction of the new world. From that new multipolar, multicentric world, where the Peoples of the Global South have the right to exist according to our idiosyncrasy, our identity and to live in peace,” he emphasized.

This was stated at the Miraflores Palace, during the ceremony on the occasion of the award of the “Francisco de Miranda Order” award, in his “Generalissimo” Degree and First Class, to the plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Dagoberto Rodríguez Barrera, who completed his diplomatic mission in Caracas.

The head of state maintained that “there is no room for hegemonism in the cultural, civilizational, political, economic diversity and diversity of diverse signs that are emerging in all regions of the planet.”

In that sense, he affirmed that the multipolar world is “shaping up, coming together, so that there are multiple centers of power: technological, political, military, economic and geopolitical power”.

“Humanity already has new economic, cultural, technological and military powers. No matter what the hegemons say, humanity will be different, and Venezuela will be at the forefront and in the construction of a new, more humane world,” he said.
