This Monday, November 4, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported that the Venezuelan economy at the end of 2024, as of January, will exceed 10% of the growth of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the real economy.

This was stated in his Con Maduro+ program, in the 65th edition, in which he noted that “this remarkable growth reflects an increase in investment, credit and a robust domestic market”,

Venezuela has 14 months of sustained economic growth, during the last two quarters of the year, which is why great economic growth is estimated,” he said.

He argued that Venezuela has an unstoppable system of economic growth, “in which all relevant actors are incorporated: the working class, businessmen and entrepreneurs, as well as all factors related to economic activity.

He also emphasized that “our mind is set on the growth of a non-oil economy, not dependent and integrated into the new world. Invulnerable to Western sanctions.”

He stated that “the economic recovery, the construction of a new economic model, the emergence of a non-oil economy that supplies the country and that is growing at a very important rate, has been done with its own efforts, it has not been the International Monetary Fund, it has not been the World Bank, it has been Venezuela with its economic actors”.
