President Maduro: We Bolivarians are building the Communal and Popular State

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Monday, December 08, stressed that true Bolivarians inspired by the leadership and legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez “are building the new Communal and Popular State.”

“With his leadership, with his Bolivarian vision of life and the world, of history, he transcended all time,” he stressed.

He emphasized that Commander Chávez became the voice of dignity and rebellion throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, “he was the great founder of the Union of South American Nations, UNASUR and the great founder of ALBA, PETROCARIBE and CELAC.”

In this sense, from the National Hall of the Popular Government System, where he led a Balance of the management and actions of this National System, when addressing the spokespersons of the 5,336 connected Community Circuits, he said that “a lot we would have to say about his complete, comprehensive, magnificent legacy. We have done a lot to carry out their orders.”

“I can do it for 13 years, to Commander Hugo Chávez: Here is your people, standing, free and with a homeland, more rebellious than ever. He also said; Commune or nothing and the Commune has become the territory, the reality,” he stressed.

In addition, the head of state stated that “in this balance sheet we are evaluating all the communal projects that have been developed in Venezuela, a palpable exercise of democracy, product of the sovereignty guaranteed by our Constitution.”
