President Maduro: We must keep in mind where we come from to face all circumstances victoriously

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, assured that “we are the Bolivarians of the 21st century.”

He specified that “we must always keep in mind where we come from, who we are to know how to face victoriously all the circumstances and conjunctures that come our way (...) We are the originals and we must always remember that and we are the ones who carry the legacy of the great liberator of America, Simon Bolivar.”

In this regard, he commented that the victory of 200 years ago for the people of Bolivia was the product of a union for a project, in leadership, because “the army that amazed the world, in a powerful army, was the United Liberation Army (...) This leadership project was united by an army and a people, who knew by intuition to recognize who their true liberators were.”

He highlighted the role played by El Libertador Simón Bolívar in the historical process of Latin American countries, because “the Father of the Fatherland means greatness, majesty and strength, combined with the fact that, because of his legacy and his courage, in the now, we are aware of where we come from, who we are and how to face the conjunctures victoriously, under the school of Commander Hugo Chávez”.
