Giving way to the constituent process for the renewal of leadership, methods and ideas for this new phase of the Bolivarian Revolution, based on the 7 Transformations (7T), in the labor sector, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, established a 4-point agenda to be taken up by the country's workers.

In this regard, he specified that the four lines are: “productivity, equal organization, military defense and international coordination”.

“The Productive Sector must consolidate the 13 Productive Engines with a sectoral plan that seeks to eliminate imports. Also a structure with a better capacity to meet workers' rights, demanding that the new management maintain a balance of 50% female and 50% male,” said the Head of State from Parque Central in Caracas.

He added the need to incorporate the fighting forces for the Integral Defense of the Homeland and to win peace; as well as to create a “powerful International Commission” that activates a Latin American and Caribbean Congress that allows coordination with the foreign working class that supports the Revolution.

In this regard, he stressed that the Workers' Productive Councils (CPT), the delegates of unions, patriotic, Bolivarian and Chavista workers' movements now have the goal of drawing up a road map, in which the contributions of the spokeswomen and spokespersons of the CPT are incorporated.
