President Nicolás Maduro takes stock of the Popular Government System

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, took stock this Monday of all the communal projects that have been developed in the country, with the aim of continuing to ensure that the voices and needs of the communities are heard and addressed.

From the National Hall of the Popular Government System, in the Miraflores Palace, he highlighted the popular consultations, which in 2024, two (2) elections were held in the communities to choose the plans to execute, and four (4) in 2025, including those of the youth.

“This room is connected to the 5,334 Community Circuits, 24 hours a day and functions as the center of government for the entire country, where vice-presidents and vice-presidents must guarantee closeness and permanent connection with the people for the solution of their problems,” stressed the president, who attributed him to being the expression of popular democracy.

Direct connection to the town

The Popular and Communal Self-Government Rooms are built as a bridge to a direct connection with Popular Power, and are organized into work teams to address each of the 7 Transformations of the 2025-2031 Homeland Plan.

On the other hand, this geostrategic space has the purpose of accompanying, coordinating, articulating, joining efforts and supervising all government actions in the national territory, and the execution of the Concrete Agendas of Action, contributing to the integration and synergy of all levels of government, in favor of the consolidation of participatory and leading democracy under the premise of promoting and consolidating the Communal State.
