El president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, reiterated his condemnation of the United States military attacks against Venezuela on January 3 and the kidnapping of his counterpart, Nicolás Maduro and the first lady Cilia Flores.
A through his Telegram channel, the Cuban president said that during a telephone meeting with the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, he expressed his “support and solidarity with the Homeland of Bolívar and Chávez, their People and the Bolivarian Government.”
He also reiterated his country's decision to continue strengthening historic relations of brotherhood and cooperation.
