President of the AN assured that USAID financed a cyber attack on July 28

The president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, assured that the cyber attack against the National Electoral Council (CNE), during the presidential elections of July 28, 2024, was funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

“On July 28, 29 and 30, 2024, what we experienced was fascism in its purest form. All of this was funded with money from USAID. Everything, 100%,” Rodríguez said during an interview conducted on the program A Pulso broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

In this regard, he pointed out that the great social media magnates are also involved in the attack, in a plan agreed with María Corina Machado to hand Venezuela over to the North American empire.

He stressed that with these actions they intend to “reach out to Venezuela” to destroy the welfare state achieved by Commander Hugo Chávez and continued by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
