This Monday, the head of the Dialogue for Peace in Venezuela, Deputy Jorge Rodríguez, reported on the existence of terrorist plans directed against the Embassy of the United States (USA) in the country.

Through a message posted on Telegram, Rodríguez revealed that the Donald Trump administration has been alerted, through three different channels, to a serious threat that jeopardizes the security of the diplomatic headquarters.

The parliamentarian assured that this threat comes from extremist sectors of the right, who organize a false flag operation with the objective of placing lethal explosives in the embassy.

“In my capacity as head of dialogue and peace in Venezuela, I want to report that we have warned the U.S. government about a critical situation. This operation, conceived by extremist groups, seeks to destabilize our relations and could have devastating consequences,” Rodríguez said.

In addition, he stressed that the warnings have also been made to a European embassy, “to communicate the seriousness of this information to US diplomatic personnel.”

Finally, he reiterated the tension in the country and the latent risk of violent acts that could alter peace and stability in the nation, and emphasized the importance of international cooperation and joint surveillance to prevent any attempted attack that could affect both the embassy and the security of citizens.
