In the middle of a press conference, held after a meeting with the National Directorate of the Red Awning and the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB), President Maduro added that “it is a great time of change, a new era of transformations to build 21st century socialism that must be democratic, participatory, leading, free with a new cultural hegemony and not fascism. Fascism is the complete opposite of democracy and socialism.”
