Public Saab: Decision of the AN commits me to strengthening management for the country's stability

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, this Thursday, October 31, stated that the decision of the National Assembly (AN) to ratify him in office, “commits me to following an administration that has been extremely popular, that has been dedicated to the people, to the communities, which has achieved as the most important goal, I would say, the stability of the country, stability, peace and citizen coexistence.”

This was stated by Saab, at the end of the regular session of the AN, after his ratification in office and the respective swearing in, in statements to Venezolana de Televisión, where he stressed that he will continue his previous administration focused on the welfare of the Venezuelan people.

“We have fought great battles for our independence, our sovereignty, and also against all corruption, and in defense of older adults, in defense of children and adolescents, in defense of women, in defense of animals, the environment, and the most vulnerable sectors with a program of action that has been unprecedented in Latin America and that has had a great positive impact on our people,” he stressed.

Saab noted that, in seven years, more than two million people have been served, both in fiscal offices, in street justice, in various programs in neighborhoods, communities, squares and public spaces.

“Attending to our people, all this is enshrined in our management and I aim to improve it, including following that same continuity, but going much deeper, towards the needs of our communities and so that justice, peace and human rights reign definitively in our country,” he said.
