Putin reported that Russia managed to relocate its energy exports to various parts of the world

The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, said, during his speech at the opening gala of Russian Energy Week 2024, that he managed to relocate his energy exports from the West to other regions of the world, he emphasized that he exports more than 60% of hydrocarbons to Asia, compared to the 39% he registered two years ago.

The president explained that Europe and the United States (USA) are losing their positions in the world economy, and that the main growth will occur in the BRICS countries and in those who wish to join them.

He stressed that the BRICS are aimed at combining economic potentials, creating a space for mutually beneficial cooperation between countries. In this regard, Russia is one of the main players in the energy market despite considerable difficulties.

Russian President Putin stressed that world economic growth in the 21st century will not be concentrated in Europe and the United States, but on the BRICS countries and on the States that want to join the association.
