Regional government opens eighth food store in Guárico

Under the coordination of the regional government and with more than 220 items from the basic basket, the eighth Alimentos del Guárico store opened its doors.

Governor José Vásquez specified that the place where the store operates underwent comprehensive rehabilitation “in order to provide the people with the opportunity to obtain quality products, at fair prices and that adapt to their needs.”

He pointed out - quoted by a local press release - that a large part of the foods sold in the store are made with the Guariqueño seal, while many others are imported products. The regional president stressed that with this opening, 70 new jobs were generated, highlighting 14 direct and 56 indirect.
