The country's revenues from oil exports reached 5,491 million dollars during the first quarter of the year, the Central Bank of Venezuela reported

According to a statistical report by the Issuing Entity replicated by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), the figure represents an increase of 21% compared to the same period in 2025, when the amount stood at 4,518 million dollars.

The upward change reflects a higher inflow of foreign exchange from the sale of crude oil in international markets during the first three months of the current year.

This increase of 973 million dollars between the two periods coincides with the sector's efforts to stabilize production levels and take advantage of the dynamics of international oil prices.

The BCV report published on its website constitutes the official record of the trade balance and of the foreign exchange flows that enter the national treasury due to the activity of the hydrocarbons industry.
