El Pueblo is gathering on Libertador Avenue in Caracas to go out and march in support of the election results of this July 28 and for peace in the country in the face of terrorist attacks by far-right terrorist groups.
“All of us who want peace voted for our Nicolás Maduro because we didn't want the same masters of the valley to govern our country again because what was coming was to privatize our country,” said a spokeswoman for the education sector.
For her part, Kimberly Ostos, representative of Women's Movements, assured that the people are on the streets with President Nicolás Maduro: “Nerves of steel, we have been on the streets since Monday to let the world see that we are a happy country and that he elected his head of state in a transparent way,” she emphasized.
Julio Morales, teacher, highlighted the historical consciousness of Venezuelans who join with a single voice to defend the Bolivarian Revolution.
“We defend our vote, to which we gave to Maduro who is the one who continues the legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez and the Bolivarian Ideary,” he stressed.
Venezuelans embrace the streets to set an example of citizenship and national sovereignty.
