Roberto Rosales from Caracas was announced as the new player for Deportivo Táchira, after several weeks of terminating his contract with Sport Recife, in the second division of Brazil.

The full-back has extensive experience in European football, with teams such as Twente, Málaga, Leganés, Espanyol, and others.

Rosales, in addition, consolidated himself for many years in the Vinotinto national team with Richard Páez, César Farías, Noel Sanvicente, Rafael Dudamel, José Peseiro, José Néstor Pekerman and the last one who was Fernando Batista.
