Rodríguez: Venezuela is an example of the fact that despite the 962 sanctions we managed to recover the economy

The president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, stressed that Venezuela is an example to follow because it is a country that has been rising up despite the sanctions imposed by the United States.

“Venezuela is an example of the fact that despite the fact that we were subject to 962 sanctions, we managed, through the hard work of the Bolivarian Government, to recover the country's economy,” Rodríguez said.

In this regard, he stressed that Venezuela has been recovering its economy through self-sustainability with the strengthening of the oil and gas industry.

He urged the Venezuelan people to continue working with the country's development.

“We have a people with a clear, anti-imperialist conscience,” he emphasized.
