The People's Bicentennial Bank (BBDP) celebrates the arrival of Ronald Acuña Jr., the first Venezuelan baseball player in major league history to hit 41 home runs and steal 73 bases in a single season. His incorporation fills the employees of the financial institution with pride, who with emotion welcome Acuña to this team.
The young right fielder of Los Tiburones de La Guaira, a native of La Sabana, La Guaira state, has had a career full of discipline, effort and triumphs. Acuña, a living example of Venezuelan youth who with determination fulfill their dreams, said: “I am happy to be part of this project with the Bicentennial Bank, we hope to continue improving and working every day. Once again, thank you all for making this possible.”
For his part, the president of BBDP, Sergio Lotartaro, thanked the signing of this agreement and expressed his enthusiasm for the positive changes to come: “We strive to project a better image with innovative products for our customers. With a growing banking ranking and the addition of Ronald to our team, we aim to become a better bank for the country. We have a team of champions committed to success and to believing in our purpose.”
Ronald not only stands out as number one in sports, but he is also a leader in his home community in La Sabana, where he has demonstrated family values that are fundamental to the BBDP family.
With this commitment, the BBDP is working to relaunch its image, seeking ways to innovate, focusing on a digital banking model and improving the products and services it offers, in compliance with the guidelines of the National Executive.
