Despite the adversities faced by Venezuelan Ronald Acuña Jr in the last few months of the Major League Baseball season, after undergoing surgery for a second anterior cruciate ligament tear, he continues to demonstrate his great resilience and reached the milestone of 200 chewed pads in Major League Baseball (MLB).

In the second match between the Atlanta Braves and the New York Mets, Acuña received a ticket in the third inning and took advantage of a defense oversight and stole second base, reaching the number of 200 cheated in history.

The Venezuelan became the ninth active player to achieve that mark and is the first in the history of the Atlanta Braves to reach that figure before his 28th birthday since 1900.

Now the next goal is to overcome the gardener Roger Cedeño, who is in eighth place among Venezuelans with 213 ripped off.

Then he will be targeting other scammed referrals such as Elvis Andrus (more than 350) and Bob Abreu (400).
