Russia accuses the US of using Africa for dangerous experiments

The deputy head of the Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Alexei Rtischev, said that the United States has installed 20 biological bases in 18 African countries and uses this continent for infection experiments.
“The United States views Africa as an unlimited natural reservoir of dangerous infectious agents and a field testing ground for experimental drugs,” he said.
In this regard, he stressed that the United States uses Africa to obtain pathogens in endemic areas and natural foci, to control the biological situation and manage it for its own benefit, Sputnik reports.
He assured that these experiments have already been used by the North American nation in Ukraine and Georgia.
