Russia: Defense Ministry is preparing to respond to Ukraine's attacks in Kursk

This Tuesday, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation declared that it is preparing to respond to attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces with Atacms missiles, against installations in the Kursk region.

“The Russian Defense Ministry is monitoring the situation, retaliatory actions are being prepared,” the entity said in a statement quoted by Sputnik.

The military agency confirmed that several facilities in Kursk were attacked with US-produced missiles supplied to Ukraine, and that it has recently received approval from Washington to use them deep inside Russian territory.

The ministry also explained that there were two Ukrainian long-range missile attacks that took place against the province of Kursk in the last three days.
