Ruta Comunal Circense will tour the country with 229 shows

In homage to Julieta Hernández, Misión Cultura has promoted the Circus Community Route, which will cover, during the month of February, the national territory with 229 shows that include performances of mimes, clowns, wizards and many surprises for the enjoyment of the general public.

This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Culture, Karen Millán, who explained that this event involves more than 1000 artistic, cultural and community organizations.

“In each space where the route will be presented, the culture committees of the communal councils of that point and circle are incorporated. Each of these 229 activities convenes at least 6 communal councils,” he said, according to information from the Ministry for Culture.

He also indicated that the event is taking place thanks to the participation of community spokespersons and Misión Cultura. “It's an organic fabric in the territory (...) in this circus expression for life, for peace and for full independence,” he stressed.

It should be noted that, in Caracas, the Circus Community Route will be present in the parishes of Altagracia, Sucre, Caricuao, San Bernardino, San Juan, Antímano, San Pedro, Santa Rosalía, El Junquito, Macarao, San Agustín, January 23, El Paraíso, San José, Santa Teresa, El Valle, La Candelaria, La Pastora, Catedral, Coche, La Vega, El Recreo, in addition to the urban areas of Tiuna City and Caribia City.

In addition, it will also present functions in boulevards, museums, parks, communes, squares and mission bases in the states of Cojedes, Sucre, Nueva Esparta, Anzoátegui, Táchira, Portuguesa, Apure, Monagas, Trujillo, La Guaira, Guárico, Aragua, Zulia, Carabobo, Barinas, Bolívar, Falcón, Amazonas and Lara.
