Search operations continue in Bolívar for the cyclist Leonardo Duque Silva

The Deputy Minister for Risk Management and Civil Protection, Carlos Pérez Am, reported that search operations are continuing in the Caroní River, in Bolívar state, for the 53-year-old cyclist Leonardo Duque Silva, who rushed this Thursday, April 11, of the Macagua Bridge, after losing control due to bee attacks.
Pérez Amspecified that more than 70 officials from the National Risk Management System, the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces (INEA), Coast Guard, voluntary groups and rescue workers participate in the operation, who carry out search patterns with boats, jet skis and Kayaks.
He pointed out that this bridge is located in the Caroní municipality, Dalla Costa parish, Tierra Blanca sector.
