This Tuesday, April 22, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reaffirmed that men and women who graduate from the First Course of Revolutionary Special Operators (COER) assume a commitment to ethics, morals and loyalty to the Fatherland.

“This course, today, generates in you colleagues a moral force, an ethical force, a force of commitment, a force of loyalty, of recognition,” he said at the event that took place in the Macarao parish in Caracas.

He emphasized that although the 800 classmates who started out did not graduate, those who managed to finish the course have a special and extraordinary merit.

At the same time, he recalled that this course was born from the idea put forward by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, about the needs of continuous training of officials who work in the different security agencies and who today act under the general strategy of the Popular -Military-Police merger.
