The Sectorial Vice President for Social and Territorial Socialism, Héctor Rodríguez, led this Tuesday, May 27, a meeting with the social cabinet where the commitment to work at all levels to carry out the Plan of the Seven Transformations (7T) in communities was reaffirmed.
Rodríguez, on his social networks, confirmed the importance of transforming all instances of government “so that they work in an austere, transparent, efficient and democratic manner” and to prevent “the opposition's agenda of hate, violence and surrender from regaining strength”.
He also addressed the preparations for the third National Popular Consultation 2025, to be held on July 27, in which youth will be the protagonist in the application and choice of community projects.
He reported that in the coming days there will be meetings with the social teams of the governors and governors who were elected in the regional elections of May 25.
In the analysis of the elections, he provided statistical data on the growth of the forces of the Bolivarian Revolution, and it was determined that the current challenge is to ensure that the four levels of Government (national, state, municipal and communal) work in an articulated manner around the Plan of the Seven Transformations and the consultations of the communities, with respect for the diversity of the People.
He also reiterated the need to increase domestic production of goods and services to continue with the recovery of budgets, especially in education, health and public services: transport, water and electricity; as well as to improve the income of the Venezuelan people.
Rodríguez noted that activities are being prepared in the month of June to exalt national identity, for which the calendar of cultural activities has been revised for the festivities of The Dancing Devils of Corpus Christi; the Drums to San Juan Bautista; the Parranda de San Pedro and the Tamunangue.
Another subject analyzed was the development of the Student Games, in which more than two million children and young people participated in the intercourses phase, and more than 160,000 in the municipal phase.
“This week the state phase begins and we are organizing the national phase that will be in the states of Lara, Yaracuy and Falcón,” Rodríguez announced.
