Social Care Plan for the Elderly benefits 150 grandparents in Los Guayos

The mayor's office of the municipality of Los Guayos in Carabobo, was deployed through the Social Care Plan for the Elderly, during a day held in the Los Cerritos residential area of the Paraparal sector.

As expressed by the general director of Social Management, Miguel Oropeza, 150 grandparents were treated on this day, who received medical care, blood pressure and blood glucose samples, medication delivery, hair cutting services and barbering.

In addition, legal and psychological counseling services, delivery of life faith, guidance on family matters and care for children and adolescents, recycling talk and environmental care were provided.

“The event not only promoted healthy habits, but it also strengthened the sense of community and support among neighbors, as part of the management guidelines of our mayor Mervelis Moreno de Burgos,” said Oropeza.
