South Africa presented evidence of the Israeli genocide in Gaza to the ICJ

Last Monday, South Africa presented evidence to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) about the crimes of genocide committed by the Israeli regime against the Palestinian population in Gaza, Hispantv said.

The document contemplates South Africa's arguments that demonstrate that the Israeli regime has been committing genocide against Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip over the past year.

Petroria stressed that the Zionist entity has not complied with many clauses of the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and ignored its international obligations.

South Africa had previously filed several complaints with the ICJ, and it also requested interim measures against Israel, but it had to offer its full arguments for the issuance of a final judgment by the highest judicial authority of the United Nations.
