SPNS promotes pediatric surgical day in Mérida

In the state of Mérida, personnel from the National Public Health System (SPNS) began a day of pediatric surgery, which takes place in the operating rooms of the Instituto Autonomo Universitario Hospital de Los Andes (IAHULA), located in the Long Stay Unit (ULE).

According to a press release from the Ministry of Health, this day aims to treat more than 100 boys and girls with various surgical pathologies.

In this regard, the above-mentioned text highlights that attention to cases of inguinal and umbilical hernias, retractable testicles and hydroceles has been a priority.
